My name is Cyfarwydd [kyv-ar-ooeeth]. It's a welsh word meaning 'storyteller'. I have been in the AODA for two and a half years and am a druid apprentice. I am now studying the second degree.

We must learn not to dissociate the airy flower from the early root, for the flower that is cut off from its root fades, and its seeds are barren; whereas the root, secure in mother earth, can produce flower after flower and bring their fruit to maturity. Nature is greater and truer than conventional morality, which is often nothing but taboo and totemism. Happy the people whose morality embodies Nature's laws, for they shall lead harmonious lives and increase and multiply and possess the earth... Unhappy the people whose morality outrages the sanctitiy of natural process and in plucking the flower has no regard for the fruit, for they shall be diseased of body and currupt of estate.
Dion Fortune, The Mystical Qabalah, Section 10. Chapter 16.
There have been numerous signs that have lead me on my path to the AODA and Red Oak Grove. I have been a solitary pagan for nine years, studied Iyengar yoga for over two years and hermetism for nine months. I have been drawn towards both ceremonial magic and my commitment to the environment. Druidry was made known to me at a particularly auspicious moment in my life and I wish to follow the path and learn of the tradition.
My commitment to druidry 2004-2005
